Accommodating dishes up to approximately 12 1⁄4 inches in diameter, the Dinex DXPIDPH3E1200 heated dish dispenser is designed for high-volume service lines requiring temperature retention. This unit includes three self-elevating dispensing tubes that travel vertically on nylon guides, providing smooth operation and continuous access to stacked dishware. Flange-mounted perimeter springs adjust without tools for tray height calibration. The welded stainless steel cabinet features an enclosed tubular frame, 18-gauge top, 20-gauge side panels, and a perimeter bumper for impact resistance. The field-adjustable heating system ranges from 100 to 189 degrees Fahrenheit. Four 5-inch extra-load swivel casters—two with brakes—help stabilize the cart during movement.
