The Dinex DX340084 Turnbury® insulated dome is sage in color to fit in with other pieces of serveware in the Turnbury series. Its molded-in handle and clearance for tall foods help hospitals achieve a more efficient and appealing model for foodservice. Insulation in the unit keeps heat and cold inside to help maintain product temperatures, and its airtight design inhibits mold, bacteria, and other contaminants. While this cover is dishwasher safe, it shouldn't be used in the microwave. The sloped interior is ideal for draining, and this dome is simple to recycle at the end of its usable lifetime.
