Pitco SSPG14 Description
The Pitco SSPG14 pasta cooker is an efficient, low-maintenance machine that's good for chain eateries and restaurants with lots of customers. Its stainless steel tank has a 12-gallon capacity and is corrosion resistant. Digital controls provide boil and simmer modes that can be set precisely to ensure a properly finished pasta batch. A 1 1⁄4-inch drain valve enables kitchen staff to empty the cooker for cleaning and maintenance. Down draft protection reduces potential unit ventilation issues.
