Pitco SG-BNB-18 Description
Operators can hold and drain finished fried products with the Pitco SG-BNB-18 Solstice™ bread and batter cabinet, and its dump station collects items and enables them to drain. The unit's pan and screen are recessed, and to facilitate rapid cleanup, its drain screen and basket hanger are removable without tools. For durability, this unit's body is made of stainless steel while its back is made of aluminized steel.
