The Groen BPM-30E tilting braising pan has a 30-gallon capacity with a 10-inch pan depth and 38-inch pan height, meaning it is ideal for cooking in large batches. It tilts manually using a crank and a worm-gear-tilt mechanism and will tilt to a vertical position in 24 turns for pouring contents. For even heat distribution, the cooking surface is composed of a thick, stainless steel clad plate with flat bar, electric heating elements. So it will shut on and off automatically and maintain a consistent temperature, the unit is thermostatically controlled.

The Groen BPM-30E braising pan has a temperature control knob can set the pan between 175 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit while the front-facing controls are in a water-resistant enclosure on the right side. To accurately measure contents, the stainless steel body has etched marks in gallons and liters. For versatile faucet installation, the faucet mounting bracket enables right-side, left-side, or right-rear mounting.
