American Metalcraft HC5008 Description
The American Metalcraft HC5008 pizza pan's straight sides create a 2-inch depth that enables chefs to build a deep-dish pizza. These sides also allow the pan to be stacked with other straight-sided pans to organize storage. Made of hard-coat anodized 14-gauge aluminum, it transfers heat well and withstands slow baking. Its 8-inch top diameter by 7 7⁄8-inch bottom diameter accommodate a personal-sized pizza.
