American Metalcraft HA5112 Description
Intended for use with deep-dish, pan, and stuffed-crust pizzas, the American Metalcraft HA5112 pizza pan has a 1 1⁄2-inch depth. Its 12-inch diameter is best for medium-sized pizzas, while its 14-gauge heavyweight aluminum construction is durable for heavy use. This metal evenly conducts heat in the oven but can't be cleaned in the dishwasher. The pan has a conventional circular shape, straight sides, and a self-stacking rim.
