American Metalcraft HA5018 Description
Intended to be used when serving up extra-large pizzas, the American Metalcraft HA5018 deep-dish pizza pan has an 18-inch diameter. Because it has a 2-inch depth, it can be used to serve regional deep-dish pizzas and novelty stuffed-crust pies. It has a traditional circular design with straight sides that can be stacked with like-sized pans. It's made of 14-gauge aluminum—a heavyweight metal that evenly conducts heat in the oven. After use, this pan should be washed by hand with an aluminum-safe detergent because it's not dishmachine safe.
