American Metalcraft HA4016 Description
The American Metalcraft HA4016 pizza pan has a 16-inch diameter and is constructed of 14-gauge heavyweight aluminum that resists minor dents and bends. This metal heats evenly and provides crispy pizza crusts. Its 1-inch edges are great for forming uniform, deep-dish crusts. Because it can't be washed in a dishmachine, the pan must be cleaned by hand using detergents made specifically for aluminum.
