American Metalcraft HA4007 Description
The American Metalcraft HA4007 pizza pan has a 7-inch diameter and is constructed of aluminum in a single piece. Because of its straight, 1-inch sides, the pan can be used for Chicago-style pizzas and other baked goods, such as cakes and breads. Kitchen staff must wash this pan by hand using detergent made safe for aluminum.
