American Metalcraft DDCH7744 Description
With its standard roller docking style, the American Metalcraft DDCH7744 dough docker perforates dough to achieve an ideal rise and avoid crust bubbles. The plastic roller measures 6 inches wide, while its embedded, 3⁄8-inch-long pins consistently flatten and prepare the dough. These pins are made of durable stainless steel; its durable handle is made of cast aluminum.
