American Metalcraft DD5705 Description
The American Metalcraft DD5705 dough docker perforates and conditions dough to promote the ideal rise before baking, preventing bubbles forming in the crust. Eight plastic wheels spin independently on the axle, flattening dough in a random pattern, which is great for prepping pizza and flatbreads in pizzerias, sandwich shops, or bakeries. The full-size docker head encourages efficient motion across the dough surface. It has a durable stainless steel axle and comfortable aluminum handle.
