American Metalcraft CAR10 Description
The American Metalcraft CAR10 pizza pan measures 10 inches in diameter by 11⁄16 of an inch high, which is the ideal size for small pizzas. Its circular shape is meant for traditional pizzas, and the sharp, unfinished edge can be used to cut raw dough into the perfect pan-sized piece. This edge has a tapered design, promoting stacking with pans of similar sizes. Made of heavyweight, 14-gauge aluminum, the pan uniformly transfers heat. This material should be washed by hand because it isn't safe in a dishmachine.
