The American Metalcraft 18914SPHC is a super perforated pizza pan engineered for enhanced airflow and even baking performance. With a 14-inch diameter, this disk is suited for larger pizzas commonly prepared in commercial kitchens. It's made of 18-gauge aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish that improves heat conductivity and adds resistance to wear and corrosion. The surface includes 370 punched perforations to promote maximum air circulation. Its unfinished edges may also be used for cutting dough.
