Summit SCR1156RI Description
The Summit SCR1156RI one-section merchandiser provides 11 cubic feet of refrigerated storage for beverages and sealed food in a one-section cabinet equipped with six aluminum half-sheet pans and six adjustable, U-shaped tray holders. The six chrome shelves offer an alternate storage configuration when sheet pans are not required, while a self-closing, right-hinged glass door with a factory-installed lock protects stored contents. Its LED lighting illuminates the stainless steel interior, and digital controls maintain temperatures from 36 to 43 degrees Fahrenheit.
Configured to support both stationary and mobile service, the Summit SCR1156RI merchandiser ships on a removable dolly with casters that can be detached when a freestanding installation is preferred. A black exterior withstands daily commercial use, while the stainless steel interior simplifies cleaning after service.
