Summit SCR1006 Description
Great for front-of-house applications, the Summit SCR1006 one-section glass door merchandiser shows off displayed items to help increase impulse sales. It holds product on five wire shelves, which have an adjustable design that supports both small and large items. LED lighting brightens the interior, ensuring guests can see all the product through the tempered, double-pane glass door. This door has a lock and key to reduce the risk of tampering.
The refrigeration system in this Summit SCR1006 refrigerated merchandiser keeps the temperature between 34 and 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can set this level at the desired setting for their product and monitor it with the electronic thermostat and digital display. The temperature readout can show the level in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and an internal fan moves cold air inside the cabinet to keep every section uniformly cooled. Because the defrost system in the display case is automatic, users do not have to perform a lot of regular maintenance on it.
