Summit PRO24G Description
The Summit PRO24G gas range has four burners with different heating powers—one provides light heat, two provide medium heat, and one provides high heat. Its temperature is adjustable with push-to-turn control knobs on the front. Users can slide pans over the top grates, moving them from one burner to the next as needed. Because the burners are sealed, they’re quicker to clean than open burners.
This Summit PRO24G range has an oven and a broiler. Its broiler provides radiant heat, cooking produce or thin slices of meat quickly. Two included racks can be adjusted by sliding them into the desired position. For monitoring food as it cooks, the oven has a black-tinted window and interior light. Tools, pots, and pans can be stored conveniently in the drop-down storage area.
