Outfitted with a digital thermostat and a thermometer, the Accucold FF31L7NZ Nutrition Center undercounter refrigerator tracks internal conditions and adjusts from 35 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. A high/low alarm alerts staff when temperatures move outside the target range. For continuous, R600a-cooled airflow, the self-contained, rear-mounted system includes an automatic defrost setting. LED lighting eliminates shadows inside the 2.5-cubic-foot cabinet to boost visibility across the four adjustable chrome shelves, while a locking, reversible door shields the cavity from unauthorized entry.
