The Summit FF31L7 countertop refrigerator provides restaurants and bars with 2.5 cubic feet of additional cold storage. Bottled and canned drinks, ingredients, and prepackaged goods are stored compactly on the refrigerator's chrome shelves and are accessible from its swinging front door. The door locks to prevent tampering. Additionally, deep products can be stored in the refrigerator because the flat door liner does not extend into the cabinet.

This Summit FF31L7 has an automatic defrost function, so users don't have to perform that operation manually. A precise digital thermostat is readable in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The back of the unit is sealed, protecting its coils from dust and debris and facilitating cleaning. An interior light automatically comes on when the refrigerator is opened for identifying product.
