Featuring an 80-pound production capacity and a shallow 17 3⁄4-inch depth, the Summit BIM85 undercounter ice machine is ideal for installations in tight spaces such as bars, island kitchens, and compact commercial environments. The unit produces full-cube ice in two selectable sizes and stores up to 33 pounds in its internal bin. A full bin sensor halts ice production when capacity is reached, and a sliding lift-up door improves operator access during service. The stainless steel cabinet exterior is fully finished for freestanding placement, while a lift-up gliding lid covers the ice bin during non-use.
The Summit BIM85 ice maker is equipped with digital controls that enable users to fine-tune cube thickness. Its clean mode supports internal cleaning using a neutral detergent, and a removable rear mesh air filter protects the condenser from debris buildup. Interior LED lighting improves visibility during scooping, and the included ice scoop ensures hygienic ice retrieval.
