The Summit BIM47OS full-cube ice machine produces 50 pounds of ice per day and can store 25 pounds inside its ice bin, which is insulated to reduce the melting rate. For efficient cooling, it uses R134a refrigerant, and its air-cooled condenser circulates the refrigerant away from the evaporator to craft its ice cubes. To monitor internal conditions and processes, its control panel features four indicator lights that notify operators when the bin is full.

The Summit BIM47OS full-cube ice machine can be installed under counters or be used freestanding. Overall, it measures 14¹/₂ inches wide by 25¹/₄ inches deep by 33 inches high with a sealed back for a snug fit. Users can employ the use of its towel bar handle to access the interior, which is illuminated by blue lighting for increased visibility. For practicality, the interior wall features an ice scoop bracket, and to increase stability, it sits on level legs.
