Summit BIM125 Description

Designed with a built-in clean mode and intuitive digital controls, the Summit BIM125 undercounter ice machine supports safe operation and consistent performance in foodservice environments. Producing up to 120 pounds of full-cube ice daily and storing as much as 40 pounds, it accommodates steady beverage demand in bars, cafés, and self-serve drink stations. The 1934-inch-wide cabinet fits narrow installation spaces, and a gravity drain supports continuous ice removal. With a fully finished exterior, the unit installs freestanding under standard countertops or in open locations.

Equipped with a sliding lift-up lid and an 18-inch-tall interior bin, the Summit BIM125 enables fast scooping and clear product visibility. Its rear mesh air filter helps protect the internal condenser from dust buildup, while an automatic defrost cycle supports efficient operation without manual upkeep. A full bin sensor shuts off ice production to avoid overfilling, and two selectable cube sizes can be programmed for custom drink presentation. This model also ships with a commercial-grade scoop and built-in leg set for improved sanitation and daily floor access.
