It has a 23-pound ice bin that provides ice for a variety of applications, such as drinks and cold food bars. The bin is built with a sliding stainless steel cover to protect ice while it’s not being accessed. This bin is also stainless steel, giving it resilience and defense against the scraping of tongs and potential long-term corrosion.
