The Continental SW36N12M-HGL Mighty Top sandwich/salad prep table is equipped with a double-pane, low-emissivity glass hinged lid to minimize heat transfer and maintain ingredient freshness. Its layout accommodates (12) recessed ¹⁄₆-size pans, each 4 inches deep, offering a well-organized system for storing toppings. The 8-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board provides a reliable workspace for sandwich and salad preparation. Constructed of stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, this unit is designed for durability in demanding kitchen environments. Two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors with magnetic Santoprene™ gaskets ensure secure cold storage and installation versatility.

The Continental SW36N12M-HGL prep table uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its unique airflow distribution system ensures even cooling across all pans, preserving the quality of stored ingredients. With 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, this unit enhances energy efficiency and cold retention. The case back is fully enclosed, vented, and removable for convenient servicing. The refrigerated base includes two epoxy-coated steel shelves and a removable interior tub below the pans, simplifying cleaning.
