Continental PA68N Description
The Continental PA68N pizza prep table features a top compartment to hold toppings and a 19-inch cutting board on the front for assembling customized pizzas before baking. Located underneath the cabinet are three sections designed for storing toppings and sauces so refills of the top pans can happen quickly. The top section holds 9 third-size pans full of ingredients.
Operating with a side-mounted refrigeration system, the Continental PA68N preparation table is designed to retain cold air and circulate it around the products inside. It uses a forced-air system to pump R290 refrigerant throughout the unit, and the solid door seals in air between openings with its magnetic gaskets. The full unit sits on four lockable casters for mobility when cleaning behind and underneath the cabinet.
