Continental BB59NSS Description
Designed with 22 cubic feet of interior space, the Continental BB59NSS back-bar cooler features four steel shelves and LED interior lighting for optimal storage capabilities. This unit is constructed of stainless steel for its durability and corrosion-resistant properties. This cooler utilizes R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures must be programmed using the digital controls, and if there is ever a drastic change in temperature, an alarm will sound to alert staff.
For efficient operation, the Continental BB59NSS bar cooler has a front-breathing design and is insulated with polyurethane foam. The unit’s off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator eliminates ice or water buildup to maintain consistent temperatures and conditions. Overall, this unit measures 59 inches wide by 29 3⁄16 inches deep by 34 3⁄4 inches high.
