For durability, the Browne 58182641 full-size sheet pan is made of 1-millimeter-thick 18-gauge aluminum. To prevent it from warping, the perimeter is wire reinforced, and the bottom is perforated to drain moisture while cooking. When employees are done using this pan, they can stack it with similar-sized pans to reduce its footprint in cabinets.
