The Browne 1308 skimmer's coarse spiral wire mesh drains while lifting food from oil, broth, or boiling water. Measuring 17 3⁄5 inches long, the rigid hooked handle reaches safely over deep pots and includes a hanging point for simple storage. The lightweight tin-plated construction supports short-term exposure to moisture and heat.
