Channel UTR-9 Description
Standing 36 inches tall, the Channel UTR-9 sheet pan rack is a half-height unit designed for compact storage and staging. Its end-load layout includes nine bottom-load angle slides with 3-inch spacing between levels, supporting (9) 18 by 26-inch pans, (18) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or 12 by 20-inch steam table pans depending on depth. The rack is constructed of welded aluminum and moves on 5-inch swivel stem casters (model CSS45O) for smooth transport in prep, service, or storage areas.
