Channel UTR-20 Description
The Channel UTR-20 sheet pan rack is constructed of welded aluminum for long-term durability and moves on 5-inch swivel stem casters (model CSS45O) to support mobility between prep and storage zones. This full-height unit features an end-load configuration with bottom-load angle slides spaced 3 inches apart. It accommodates (20) 18 by 26-inch pans, (40) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or various 12 by 20-inch steam table pans depending on pan height.
