Channel UTR-18 Description
Compatible with multiple pan formats, the Channel UTR-18 supports (18) 18 by 26-inch pans, (36) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or 12 by 20-inch steam table pans, with capacity depending on pan height. Each level features bottom-load angle slides spaced 3 inches apart to support secure tray placement. This full-height unit uses an end-load configuration and stands 64 inches tall. It moves on 5-inch swivel stem casters (model CSS45O) and includes a welded aluminum frame designed for repeated use in commercial kitchens. The UTR-18 is part of the Standard Series and ships fully assembled.
