Channel UTR-11 Description
The Channel UTR-11 sheet pan rack accommodates (11) 18 by 26-inch pans, (22) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or various 12 by 20-inch steam table pans, depending on pan height. The full-height frame stands 64 inches tall and moves on 5-inch swivel stem casters (model CSS45O) for use in prep and storage areas. Made of welded aluminum, this rack is part of the Standard Series and ships fully assembled. It uses a bottom-load, end-load configuration with 5-inch slide spacing to support organized staging and access.
