Channel UTR-10 Description
The Channel UTR-10 sheet pan rack features an end-load configuration with 10 bottom-load angle slides spaced 6 inches apart. It accommodates (10) 18 by 26-inch pans, (20) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or assorted 12 by 20-inch steam table pans, depending on height. Designed as a full-height model, this unit stands 70 inches tall and moves on 5-inch swivel stem casters (model CSS45O) for mobility across kitchen spaces. Its welded aluminum frame supports repeated use in commercial environments and is part of the Standard Series.
