Made to be placed in a refrigerator or freezer, the Channel RIW-13 sheet pan rack holds 13 sheet pans 1 1⁄2 inches apart, providing enough space for small goods. If foods are precooked, users can access them promptly, and if not, the pans can be pulled out of the rack and slid directly into the oven for baking. This unit is made of durable aluminum and is welded together for added strength.
