Channel AXD-UTR-5 Description
The Channel AXD-UTR-5 sheet pan rack offers compact, half-height storage with an end-load layout that supports organized pan staging in tight prep areas. Its five bottom-load shelves are spaced 5 inches apart and accommodate (5) 18 by 26-inch pans, (10) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or 12 by 20-inch steam table pans depending on pan height. Built of aluminum for corrosion resistance, the rack moves on 5-inch by 2-inch swivel plate casters and fits beneath counters or worktables where full-height units are not practical.
