Channel AXD-UTR-18 Description
The Channel AXD-UTR-18 sheet pan rack is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum and built for repeated use in busy commercial kitchens. With 18 bottom-load shelves spaced 3 inches apart, it accommodates (18) 18 by 26-inch pans, (36) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or 12 by 20-inch steam table pans depending on pan height. Its full-height frame moves on 5-inch by 2-inch swivel plate casters and features an end-load layout for direct access.
