The Channel AXD-UTR-15 sheet pan rack is designed to maximize capacity with a compact footprint, featuring 15 bottom-load levels spaced 4 inches apart. Built of aluminum for repeated use in high-volume kitchens, the rack glides smoothly on 5-inch by 2-inch heavy-duty swivel plate casters and stands at full height for vertical efficiency. Its end-load layout accommodates (15) 18 by 26-inch pans, (30) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or a variety of 12 by 20-inch steam table pans depending on height.
