The Channel AXD-UTR-12 pizza pan rack is built of aluminum for long-term durability in demanding commercial kitchens. With 12 bottom-load shelves spaced 5 inches apart, it holds (12) 18 by 26-inch pans, (24) 13 by 18-inch pans (two per shelf), or various 12 by 20-inch steam table pans based on pan depth. Its end-load configuration promotes efficient access, and 5-inch by 2-inch swivel plate casters support smooth transport in prep or storage areas. The full-height design helps maximize vertical space without occupying a large footprint.
