Channel 53C Description
The Channel 53C bun pan rack encloses sheet pans within a fully enclosed cabinet to support organized storage and transport in baking and prep areas. Designed with an end-load configuration, this cabinet uses 1 1⁄2-inch extrusion spacing to keep pans aligned during staging and movement. Aluminum construction maintains a manageable weight, while swivel plate casters guide controlled mobility between ovens, prep stations, and storage locations.
