Varimixer V5 Description
Using a 0.4-horsepower motor to keep noise levels down, the Varimixer V5-W planetary mixer can range in speed from 78 to 422 RPM. This mixer has two rotary knobs, one on each side of the machine, and its direct-drive, high-torque transmission efficiently mixes and whips foods. Lubricated, anti-friction ball bearings and a greased planetary head facilitate smooth movement for desired results. When its head is tilted, the interlock mechanism automatically turns off the machine; if a power outage occurs, its no-voltage-release technology won't turn the unit back on when power is regained.
The Varimixer V5-W commercial mixer measures 9 1⁄2 inches wide by 21 33⁄50 inches deep by 15 3⁄4 inches high, and it includes the provisions to be mounted on a table or counter. To match common kitchen color schemes, it comes in white, and it has an aluminum frame to withstand common wear from high-volume use. Its bowl clamp holds the bowl in place during operation, and a stainless steel bowl guard enables users to add ingredients later on. This unit comes with a dough hook, a wire whip, a flat beater, a bowl, an ingredient chute, and a polycarbonate bowl shield. In total, its bowl can hold as much as 5 quarts of ingredients.
