Varimixer V5 Description
Able to be fixed on a countertop or table, the Varimixer V5-R commercial planetary mixer uses high-torque, direct-drive transmission to vary speeds as low as 78 RPM to as high as 422 RPM. The 5-quart stainless steel bowl stays in place with a bowl clamp, and users operate the machine with a rotary knob on each side of the unit. It smoothly moves with its greased, anti-friction ball bearings, and its planetary head is permanently lubricated for desired results. To support its commercial operation, it uses a 0.4-horsepower motor, which operates quietly. Once the mixer's head is tilted, the unit automatically turns off.
The Varimixer V5-R planetary mixer is made of a durable aluminum frame, and it's powder coated in a red finish, providing an accent color to kitchens. This unit comes with an attachment hub, a stainless steel dough hook, a wire whip, a flat beater, a bowl, an ingredient chute, and a polycarbonate bowl shield to support various prep and cooking methods. Overall, it measures 9.5 inches wide by 21.66 inches deep by 15.75 inches high.
