Winholt NHPL-1836-ECOC Full Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (35) Pan Capacity, 120v

Using a forced-air design, the Winholt NHPL-1836-ECOC non-insulated heated cabinet ensures heat is distributed evenly throughout the cabinet to keep food warm. The racks accommodate as many as (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans, and the unit measures 21 inches wide by 30³/₄ inches deep by 66¹/₂ inches high overall. This aluminum cabinet is resilient and corrosion resistant, and its door is clear to promote interior visibility without letting heat escape.

The Winholt NHPL-1836-ECOC full-height mobile heated cabinet operates with a proofing mode that reaches temperatures as high as 110 degrees Fahrenheit and heat mode that heats to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is displayed on an LED screen, and controls are accessed behind a removable drawer to keep them out of the way. For mobility, this unit is positioned on 4-inch casters.
