The Winholt EC1832-C enclosed transport cabinet supports secure movement and short-term holding of sheet pans in prep, staging, and transport applications. The reinforced aluminum cabinet with double-pan construction and internal bracing maintains structural consistency during movement. Angle runners spaced 1 1⁄2 inches apart hold full-size pans, while a solid-hinged door encloses contents as the cabinet rolls on polyurethane-tread casters.
