The Winholt AL-1812-HD pan rack supports high-capacity handling of sheet pans with an extra heavy-duty, full-height, open-sided design for demanding prep and baking environments. Angle runners spaced on 1 1⁄2-inch centers hold either full-size or half-size sheet pans, while the all-welded aluminum frame maintains rigidity under load. Polyurethane swivel plate casters with locking capability guide controlled movement and positioning during daily operation.
