The Cambro VBRUHD6110 Versa Ultra™ food bar has a double-wall polyethylene construction that resists scratches and scuffs. Polyurethane foam insulation adds strength and structure, and the two individual storage compartments with lockable doors have a capacity of 50 pounds. The top shelf is 9 inches wide and can display signage. Handles are molded into the unit to help with transportation, and end panels and a sneeze guard protect food from contaminants. This unit’s sneeze guard folds down so that the unit can fit through 36-inch-wide doorways. The Cambro VBRUHD6110 food bar has a threaded faucet drain over a standard hose hook-up to support draining and cleaning. It can hold five full-size, 6-inch-deep food pans.
