Cambro UPR1826H12580 Description
The Cambro UPR1826H12580 Camshelving® Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack can hold (12) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, and it can withstand pan temperatures of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, so pans can be placed onto the rack right out of the oven. Ribs hold pans above the rails, enabling air to flow under the pans to accelerate cooling. To protect stored pans, an additional pan can be held on top of the frame. Because this Cambro UPR1826H12580 half-size Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack is made of plastic, it is sturdy and does not rust. Its metal casters are heavy duty and have treads that avoid marking floors.
