The Cambro UPR1826FP20580 Camshelving® Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack can hold 20 full-size sheet pans with 3 inches of spacing between them, and the rails that hold the pans have ribs in the middle to promote airflow and on the end to keep the pans centered. A frame on the top holds a pan over the rest of the food pans to keep dust and debris off of them, and because the unit is made of composite plastic, it resists bending, breaking, and rusting. Plastic swivel casters on this Cambro UPR1826FP20580 Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack ensure users can move it through the kitchen. To prevent marking floors, these casters have thermoplastic wheels, and brakes lock the rolling and swivel motions for stability.
