Cambro UPCHT1600110 Description
The Cambro UPCHT1600110 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier has two sections, with a heated upper compartment and ambient lower compartment. Temperatures in the top stay between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, taking 45 minutes to reach temperature after being plugged in to the wall. So it can maintain temperature levels for 4 hours after being unplugged, it has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that keeps heat inside the unit.
In each compartment, the Cambro UPCHT1600110 heated food pan carrier can hold 12 full-size pans that measure 2 1⁄2 inches deep. Though it will decrease how many pans fit inside the unit, it can hold deeper pans, while the pan carrier is a front loader and has doors that swing open 240 degrees. These doors have nylon latches that close securely and are convenient to open and close.
