Cambro UPC800401 Description
The non-electrical Cambro UPC800401 Ultra Camcart® food carrier has two compartments lined with thick, insulating polyurethane foam. Each compartment door closes with secure nylon latches and airtight gaskets to maintain holding temperatures during catering events. Built-in vent caps release pent-up steam that could impact food texture without causing temperatures to spike or drop. Equipped to hold 60 quarts of product per cavity, this unit accommodates 2 1⁄2-inch-, 4-inch-, 6-inch-, and 8-inch-deep, full-size food pans.
Seamless, double-wall polyethylene shields the Cambro UPC800401 insulated food carrier from chipping, rusting, and denting. Intended to be moved through a catering hall, it's furnished with four 6-inch casters that swivel and brake. Users have improved steering control via the molded-in vertical handles, and the built-in bumper can protect furniture and walls from scrapes. Both of the doors swing open 270 degrees, giving users full access to the cabinet's interior for loading and unloading. This unit comes in slate blue for compatibility with color-coded systems and measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 54 inches high overall.
