Cambro UPC800158 Description
To extend service life in high-volume settings, the Cambro UPC800158 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier features a durable, easy-to-clean, one-piece polyethylene shell. Its molded-in handles offer a comfortable grip during transportation; two of its four casters swivel for maneuvering. For the ability to complement color-coded applications, this unit comes in hot red. Overall, it measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 54 inches high.
For optimal heat preservation, the Cambro UPC800158 food pan carrier is built with polyurethane insulation and airtight gaskets. To let steam escape and prevent contents from becoming soggy, it's equipped with a pop-up vent. Its door latches are made of nylon for long-lasting strength, and the doors' 270-degree swing-open feature eases loading and unloading. This unit is front loading and has an approximate capacity of 60 quarts.
